WILLOW, an acronym for "Women In Leadership Leading Our World", began in 2001 by a group of exceptional female students and teachers who felt that women needed support, encouragement, and positive role models in order to thrive. What started as an idea has blossomed into something much greater and much more powerful. WILLOW now encompasses almost two hundred female students, sixteen student leaders and four teacher advisors and is a proactive force at our school enriching the lives of adolescent girls.
